What we collect
We collect information you provide directly, together with limited technical and analytics information as described below.
- Enquiry form details — full name, work email address, company name, the workflow you want to discuss, the result you want to improve, and the optional website, team size, industry and systems fields.
- Booking details — the name, email address and any notes you provide when you book a session through our scheduler.
- Direct correspondence — anything you send us by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
- Website measurement data — only where you have accepted analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
We do not ask for special category data through this website. Please do not send client records or other sensitive material through the enquiry form.
How we use it and our lawful basis

- To keep records of our business correspondence — legitimate interest and legal record keeping.
- To understand how this website is used — consent, through the analytics cookie choice.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing newsletters from this website.
Tools and external providers
These are the tools involved in handling information from this website:
| Purpose | What is used |
|---|---|
| Enquiry form | Submitted to this website's own server function; no third-party form service is used. |
| Enquiry delivery and email | Delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox at contact@eliteai.uk and handled there as business correspondence. |
| Scheduling | Zoom Scheduler, for booking and running the audit session. Zoom processes the details you enter under its own privacy notice. |
| Messaging | WhatsApp, if you choose to message us on that channel. Meta processes those messages under its own privacy notice. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It is not loaded if you reject or ignore the cookie banner. |
| Cookie consent | Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage on this device. No consent management vendor is used. |
| Hosting | The website hosting platform used to publish this site, which processes standard server request data in order to serve pages. |
| CRM | No customer relationship management system is connected to this website. Enquiries are handled in our mailbox. |
Providers process data on our behalf, or as independent controllers for their own service, under their own terms and privacy notices. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, it does so under the safeguards set out in its own terms.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations, and we delete or archive it once neither purpose applies. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it or change it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or object to certain processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
Email contact@eliteai.uk and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
Our approach to access control, human approval, monitoring and retention is described on the Security & Data Handling page.

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The version published on this page is the current one, and the effective date above shows when it was last revised.
