Access limited to what the workflow needs
Each workflow is given access only to the systems and data required to carry out its task, and data movement is kept to the minimum the workflow needs.
Routes, storage, retention and owners agreed before launch
Where information travels, where it is stored, how long it is kept and who owns it are written down and agreed with you before anything goes live.
Sensitive and exceptional outcomes go to a person
Anything sensitive, unclear or outside the expected pattern is routed for human approval rather than resolved automatically.
Every implementation is documented
Each build records the systems involved, the exception path, the manual fallback and the review route, so the workflow can be understood and revisited later.
